・Hard coat specification
 This is a hard coat specification with Ni-P surface treatment applied to the pump body.
 Can be used for suction and exhaust of steam exhaust.

 Since no lubricating oil or water seal is used in the clean pump part, and there are no bearings in the gas contact parts, it is a completely dry type, providing a clean vacuum and no oil smoke.
