What is an adhesive spray gun?
This is a special spray gun for adhesion processes to automobile interior parts, woodwork, rubber products, etc. The viscosity range that can be sprayed is within 10,000 cps. Even with highly viscous adhesives, it achieves highly atomized particles and a wide pattern, allowing stable application even with large spray volumes.
Features
Equipped with a special cap that can finely atomize the adhesive. In addition, the pattern width is wide even when the distance between the workpiece and the gun is close, so coating efficiency is high and uneven coating and stringiness are reduced. Furthermore, dirt adhesion to the air cap and nozzle tip is also reduced. Mechanically improves the cause of poor adhesion, improving quality and reducing costs.
