What is a mold release agent spray gun?
This is a spray gun and equipment dedicated to mold release agents for manufacturing rubber molding, resin molding, die casting, casting products, etc.
We have a wide lineup of wide pattern hand spray guns and automatic spray guns.
By using a special spray gun for mold release agent, the molded product can be easily removed from the mold through proper atomization,
helping to prevent damage to both the molded product and the mold.
Features
This is a simple type automatic gun that combines blowing air and piston operating air, and can spray with just one three-way solenoid valve.
However, please note that the blowing air pressure must be at least 0.35MPa since the piston must be operated.
Therefore, delicate painting or spraying at low pressure is not possible.
Adjust the pattern width by turning the knob manually.
There is also a type exclusively for round blowing.
