What is a mold release agent spray gun?
This is a spray gun and equipment dedicated to mold release agents for manufacturing rubber molding, resin molding, die casting, casting products, etc. We offer a wide range of wide pattern hand spray guns. By using a special spray gun for mold release agent, the molded product can be easily removed from the mold through proper atomization, helping to prevent damage to both the molded product and the mold.
Features
By concentrating the air joint and liquid joint at the bottom of the grip, it
is small, lightweight, and easy to handle, and the wide pattern makes it effective for application in narrow areas and close distances.

Main unit features
The main body is made of aluminum (forged) + alumite treatment to ensure corrosion resistance.
Surrounding parts such as the trigger use a lot of stainless steel, and
the grease used on the sliding parts on the anti-rust air passages is all vaseline based. Mold
release The surface of the main unit has a matte finish to prevent slipping when handling the agent.To prevent
operator errors, a locking mechanism type
gun hook (with 2 screws with built-in washers) is included as standard for adjusting the spray amount and pattern. .
*The gun hook can be attached to the top of the gun or to the side of the grip, allowing it to be hung on the operator's belt.
*Air cap and cap guard for round blowing are available as options.
