Purpose
This is an oil-free booster compressor that can boost the pressure of low pressure (0.2~0.5MPa) compressed air/nitrogen gas to a maximum of 1.4~2.0MPa.
Since the discharged compressed air does not contain oil mist, it is recommended for applications where oil adhesion is a concern.
*When pressurizing nitrogen gas, some parts require customization, so please contact us.
Features
・Although it is an oil-free machine, it is possible to increase the pressure up to 2.0MPa.
・Since it is a package type, the operation noise is quiet.
・Control pressure can be easily set. Energy can be saved by lowering the upper limit pressure according to the required pressure.
・Since compressed air is not wasted (no exhaust), it saves energy and does not increase the operating rate of the main compressor compared to a pressure booster valve.
-No lubricating oil is used, so daily oil inspection is not required.
・Since no lubricating oil is used, clean air can be supplied.
- Since no lubricating oil is used, the drain water that is discharged does not contain oil and is easy to treat.
