Portable: Compact size of 60 x 30 cm, easy to carry
Low discharge/stable supply: Stable supply without pulsation is possible even at low discharge volumes of 50 mL or less
Shorter cleaning time: When you want to shorten cleaning time by changing colors, etc. Prepare a type with a cleaning shortening mechanism to be applied.
Reduction in cleaning thinner: Can be cleaned with approximately 1/6 to 1/8 the amount compared to conventional paint pumps
High reproducibility: Repeated discharge accuracy can be maintained within ±2%. In addition, fine adjustment operations are easy.
Notes on the paint used.
*If paint containing abrasive pigments is used, the life may be extremely shortened.
*For gear pumps on the hardener side used in two-liquid systems, the hardener will solidify on the bearings, so overhaul them periodically every 1 to 2 months.
*Cannot be used for paints that deteriorate or harden when shearing force is applied (emulsion paints, dispersion paints, UV paints).
