Claw (tooth) compressor

The uniquely shaped claw (tooth) type compressor consists of two rotors, male and female, which rotate without contacting each other, resulting in no wear and long life. The precision-designed rotor is made of stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion, and the rotor is symmetrical about the axis so there is no wobbling. The inside of the casing and the surface of the female rotor are treated with a special coating, making them even more airtight. The suction and discharge ports are located in symmetrical planes with respect to the rotor, which eliminates axial load and extends the life of the bearing. The double tooth body is a completely air-cooled type that does not require cooling liquid (oil, water, coolant). Maintenance is easy as no extra auxiliary equipment is required.

FRL-C series

Standard model of claw compressor. In addition to unloading control (no-load operation) during operation, the system automatically starts and stops up to 10 times per hour, reducing unnecessary unloading operations and increasing energy savings.

FRV-C series

Inverter control model of claw compressor. Inverter control performs appropriate operation control according to the amount of air used, achieving high energy-saving effects.
