Spray guns were originally designed for painting, so they do not comply with the Food Sanitation Act, and the manufacturer has requested that they not be used to apply cooking oil, etc.
However, we believe that the customer had no choice but to sell and use a spray gun for painting.
Under these circumstances, ANEST IWATA believes that it is our duty as a spray gun manufacturer to manufacture products that comply with the law and provide products that our customers can sell and use with peace of mind. In 2012, we launched the industry's first spray gun specifically designed for applying food liquids such as soy sauce, oil, egg yolk, and ketchup.
The atomization principle and internal structure are the same as conventional spray guns, but in order to comply with Japan's Food Sanitation Law, it uses specially designed parts and is designed to be easier to clean.
