Improved maintainability with a newly developed V-shaped baffle plate (primary filter) and dedicated mounting plate.Uses a
newly developed baffle plate and dedicated mounting plate (both patent pending).
The number of baffle plates used has been reduced to approximately half, and the mounting plate is less likely to get dirty with paint, making replacement easier.
Suction performance is improved for all
models by sucking in from the entire surface of the opening.Models that had an enlarged hood with a 0.5m wide opening
can now achieve uniform suction performance by sucking in from the entire surface of the opening. .
Adopts a large cleaning/inspection door that can be installed on either the left or right side A
cleaning/inspection door with a larger opening than conventional models has been adopted. It has become easier to enter and exit the booth during cleaning.
Fan guard set included as standard equipment
A fan guard set is included as standard equipment to ensure safety during maintenance inside the booth.

Collection principle
The V-shaped baffle plate is sprayed. It serves as a primary filter that collides and collects paint mist.
The surface of the V-shaped baffle plate has been specially processed to increase collection efficiency, and due to the structure inside the baffle plate,
most of the paint mist is collected here.
The secondary filter filters and collects the small amount of paint mist that did not adhere to the baffle plate.
